Festive displays of elves and the like are being assembled for downtown San Jose’s annual Christmas in the Park display in Plaza de Cesar Chavez. Across Market Street at the Circle of Palms, construction has been going on for weeks to get the Hawaiian Airlines Kristi Yamaguchi Downtown Ice rink ready for this weekend’s opening.
